The Rock N Roll Beach Club closed way back in February 3 2008, and it now looks like it's demolition is perhaps just around the corner. A perimeter construction wall surrounding the building is now in place, and as can be seen in the concept art of the recently announced
Hyperion Wharf, this area will be home to a new retail district.
