The
complimentary ticket offer for guests affected by the volcanic ash has been extended through to Friday April 23 2010.
• The complimentary ticket may be obtained at Theme Park and Downtown Disney Guest Relations, Water Parks and at any Vacation Planning booth. Resort Guests may pick up their tickets at their Resort Concierge location.
• Guests must visit a redemption location each day to take advantage of this offer.
• Guests must simply show a cancelled plane ticket, e-ticket or expired boarding pass (for European regions impacted by the volcano) as well as proper photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license, as proof they experienced a delayed flight to Europe.
• This offer is open to all Guests who have experienced a delayed flight to Europe. This includes citizens of any country, including the United States.
