Here is a latest look at the Storybook Circus construction in the new Fantasyland. The two remaining tent structures from Toontown Fair are being extended upwards and outwards with additional steel. Looking at the concept art, the reworked tents have more intricate shaping, so this additional steel would seem to be the supports for this. The Dumbo queue building is now covered in scaffolding, presumably to begin installation of the exterior details.
