Disney's Animal Kingdom will begin testing a new stroller parking system from June 1 2018, aimed at improving the experience for guests.

When arriving at specific shows and rides, guests will receive a colored tag which corresponds to one of three stroller parking areas. Tags can be reused at other attractions, or a new tag picked up at each location.

Participating attractions in the test include:

  • Kilimanjaro Safaris
  • It’s Tough to be a Bug
  • Kali River Rapids
  • Finding Nemo – The Musical
  • Festival of the Lion King
  • Wildlife Express Train
  • Rivers of Light

You would be shocked on how many times you would see people with their luggage at the parks. I always do a double take. :)

If you let people with strollers upset you, then you should really find a new hobby. I don't find the amount of strollers an issue, I'm much too busy with my own stuff while in the World to take a conscious mental note. I've gone as a couple before kids and now as a parent with 3. Personally, I'd rather be stroller free. People are acting like parents WANT to lug that beast around - folding it on the tram, smushing onto the monorail. I can't wait to NOT pay extra money to rent one. But until then, saddle up! EDIT: But that suitcase couple above, that's just weird.

I'd hate being behind them in the bag check line. Maybe they just arrived and came straight from the airport? I can't imagine doing that all day. You wouldn't be able to ride anything.

People that actually bring their luggage to a theme park.

so much for having rules if they aren't going to be enforced

6/5/2018 - lovely cooler. I saw several in the park. I didn’t see anyone rolling their luggage around the park.

This is where reductio ad absurdum takes you... Pecos Bill and Fine Dining in the same sentence (in a positive way).

MrPromeyJun 05, 2018

Someone else had already called the reference by the time I got there. :) The fact that you're doubling-down and using the term "fine dining" and Pecos Bill's in the same breath in any context is giving me pause. I'm wondering if we're talking about the same place, now.

mikejs78Jun 05, 2018

Pecos Bills is fine dining compared to Chili's. And you missed my reference completely. Granted, it is obscure.

I wish humans would stop having babies. Then they need to transport them. I mean, when will it ever end?
