The Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Description

The Hollywood Brown Derby is a signature full table service restaurant at Disney's Hollywood Studios serving gourmet American dishes. Desiged to take in-park dining to a new level with the creation of the Studios, the Brown Derby is based on the restaurant by the same name that once served the famous stars and directors of Hollywood (including Walt Disney himself). The original Brown Derby opened in 1929 but has since closed. It's most famous food legacy is the Cobb Salad, which you can still order at the Studios Brown Derby, along with Walt's favorite desert from the original Brown Derby, the Grapefruit Cake.

Trivia

The original Brown Derby that the Studios version is based on was featured in the Disney film "Fun and Fancy Free" (1947).

The movie star caricatures that line the walls of the restaurant are based on the originals from the original restaurant.
