There was a link in the email I posted yesterday. I was able to take the survey. I wasn’t sure if the link that was sent today was any different. It was the same survey.

They sent another email with an updated link. The first was broken.

There was one on the email that was sent out yesterday. I wasn’t sure if it was the same.

Just filled out a transportation survey Disney send out.

vikescaper3 days ago

They did not. I am staying at the Clarion and there is an ART stop right by the hotel. It’s also not too far from the stop at the convention center’s grand plaza. EDIT: I’m basing this off the map on the transports page.

Some more info I dug up on the sit it’s worth noting the site got a minor influx of information. Nothing groundbreaking but maybe worth a look on finer details. It is recommended that guests allow at least 90 minutes for travel time from the Anaheim Convention Center to the Honda Center. Doors Open Doors for the Honda Center will open two (2) hours prior to each presentation start time: • Disney Entertainment Showcase: Friday, August 9, at 7 p.m. (doors at 5 p.m.) • Disney Experiences Showcase: Saturday, August 10, at 7 p.m. (doors at 5 p.m.) • Disney Legends Ceremony: Sunday, August 11, at 5 p.m. (doors at 3 p.m.)

Did they list the good neighbor hotels providing this service?

vikescaper3 days ago

Since I won’t have a car, I’m torn between either the D23 shuttle or the ART bus. There appears to be an ART bus stop right outside my hotel.

It’s happening guys! Getting more and more real everyday. Shouldn’t be long till we get a schedule and panel reservations (if that even is still a thing). EDIT: Was just about to post that email

Updating this information as D23 has added more details on ticket transfers: NOTE: Tickets purchased from any other sources may not be valid. D23 is not able to honor, replace or refund invalid tickets. D23 will provide an official opportunity to transfer tickets to other guests prior to the Event, however the recipient email must be associated with a valid D23 Member account to claim the transferred ticket. When the ticket transfer process opens, D23 will be the only ticket service that is able to authenticate that a D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event ticket is valid. Other resellers may offer money-back guarantees, but they are unable to guarantee entry to the Event as they are not able to validate that a ticket or seat location is authentic. We encourage guests to report fraudulent ticket sales to the point of purchase and consumer protection agencies.

https://www.themeparkinsider.com/flume/202404/10139/ “Disney CEO Bob Iger and Disney Experiences Chairman Josh D'Amaro confirmed Disney's plans during a presentation to invited reporters at Walt Disney Imagineering in Glendale, California on Tuesday afternoon. (I was held to an embargo not to reveal that information until now.) The two projects will be an expansion of the Magic Kingdom on the park's west side and the expansion and conversion of Disney's Animal Kingdom's Dinoland USA into a Tropical Americas land…There are, as yet, no dates for either project, though Disney sources have said that more details will be announced at the sold-out D23 fan event at Anaheim's Honda Center in August.”

I've gone to every Expo. :) I don't go to the panels because the interesting ones have lines that are too long. I really do go for the floor - shopping, displays, giveaways, seeing what people are wearing. :) I'm just annoyed at the price point to have to do so. I'm not sure it's worth it for me and may eventually find another home for the ticket if I decide not to use it. Or I'll give in to the FOMO and go even though it's not worth what I paid for what I do there.
