The store was called the Briar Patch. It'd make sense to have the store be covered in them.

You beat me to it!

My wife takes that job very seriously while I’m ready to be like Ta-da!

I disagree! They look jazzy and ’30s to me.

I wish whoever was assigned to do the posters and sign for the shop had been on the main team. These look so much better than their counterparts on the attraction itself!

As do the nonsensical briar roots under a swamp.

The signage feels very off for this place setting

Very true. I’m a master floofifyer when it comes to our Christmas tree! If someone took a photo of it when it first goes up, they’d be ashamed, but give me a couple hours and it’s pretty lush when I’m done 😝

Here’s a look inside Critter Co-Op (the curtains were open for some reason). https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53698121752_ee25e41562_o.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53699014126_044c81e4dd_o.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53699464920_a96b0dd3c9_o.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53699226338_830d9ccaa0_o.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53699456905_0c66f68e5e_o.jpg

Yay another BATB Live! fan. Felt like I was the only one around here haha. Would hate to see it go. They absolutely must boost the park with new attractions and entertainment before they dare even touch it imo. But I do keep up with the show as much as possible; go watch every new recording and livestream of it out there lol. I love all the current CMs that play Belle and Gaston and how they each bring something new to the role. One thing I wish they would bring back post-Covid is the kickline with Belle and the dancers.

It’s funny how one can develop a special relationship to an attraction or show that everyone else seems to hate. I guess that’s the power of Disney for you.

Besides the problems I pointed out (cheap-looking fish with obvious plastic arms, rushed finale), I actually have a higher opinion of the rest. Those things just really drag it down, especially since they're such important parts of the experience. Mine is the Beauty and the Beast stage show. It's my second favorite Disney film and my mom's favorite and an absolute must-do for us every single trip. Given how good the soundtrack is, it's always a fun time. I shudder to think how my mom will react if they replace it as it seems everyone but me on here dreams will happen as soon as possible.

I’m glad to see that I would’ve done with the grasses in front of the fence is happening. They certainly filled in a lot, made it denser and varied. The smaller, fuller plants are adding a lot of depth to the pond everywhere
